 The most important step in the entire design process; its all about getting to know you.  We want to know what makes you tick, the things you love, the things you hate, the things you CANNOT live without, the best and worst experiences you have had with current or previous living spaces.  This includes helping you to convey to us a firm understanding of your budget.  Weʻll also walk your building lot with you and help you understand the scope and limitations.

We start every project by designing with 3D shaded modeling.  As a partner and ally in your design-build project we really want you to understand the scope of our design choices.

We treat each design decision as if it was our house we are designing and our money being spent.  We design in 3D and provide opportunities throughout the process to make changes dynamically with you. Imagine sitting together at your kitchen table and reviewing your home in 3D with all furnishings visible.  By the time we proceed to the detailed construction drawing phase we assure you that you will understand and love every square inch of living space.

 With a well thought out 3-D preliminary plan we are ready to head into the Construction Drawing phase.  Our BCIN approved construction drawings will include all necessary information as required by your local building department.  We will also include specific details that your contractor might wish to see on the drawings.  We have a team of engineers & associates to help with Structural Engineering, HVAC, Site Grading, Surveying and more.

 If you choose...we will also gather/arrange for all necessary documents & requirements and apply for your building permit on your behalf.  And please remember:  as your build project begins and develops we are always available to answer questions or provide supplemental information until the project is complete.
